In terms of bed accuracy, considering the accuracy requirements of most sheet metal parts, the positioning accuracy is generally designed around 20um-100um, which also greatly controls the cost of bed. Of course, users can also choose a series of products with high power and high positioning accuracy according to the material and material thickness of the workpiece and the requirements of precision.


Cutting Characteristics

Fiber laser technology is a high-speed development of laser technology in recent years. 3. Compact structure, high system integration, few faults, simple and easy to use, without optical adjustment, low maintenance or zero maintenance, it can achieve 'landing light', plus anti shock vibration, anti dust, suitable for industrial processing applications.

4. Auto focus, cutting head automatically follow the plate surface, automatically identify and adjust the cutting distance, avoid the collision accident caused by plate unevenness or workpiece warping.

5. The structure of machine tool is manufactured by Shuangcheng laser in accordance with the craftsmanship process. Combined with the geographical characteristics and forging experience of Wuhan heavy industry, the main structure is rough processed after stress relief annealing and then vibration aging treatment is carried out for secondary processing. Natural aging can reduce the stress of welding and processing, with good rigidity and high precision.
